Saki Misaki (美咲 早紀, Misaki Saki?) is Runo's mother, Tatsuo Misaki's wife, and the co-owner of the Misaki's café, where all of the girls worked until Julie Makimoto and her family left for Bayview.

Saki debuted in Runo Rules. Although she tends to criticize her husband Tatsuo Misaki, they both love Runo Misaki very much and they support her no matter what. They have dedicated their cafe to Runo. All around their café, they have pictures of Runo, which embarrasses Runo a lot.

- Saki's surname Misaki means "beautiful" (美) (mi) and "blossom" (咲) (saki).
