Mechtogan Destroyer is so far, the most powerful variation of the Mechtogan. There are currently two known Mechtogan Destroyers: Dragonoid Destroyer, and Mechtavius Destroyer. Their base G-Power is 8000 Gs. However, the current Destroyers are completely different from each other compared to their counterparts. Each Mechtogan Destroyer has a unique form. Dragonoid Destroyer is more similar to a powered suit while Mechtavius Destroyer is a fusion of four Mechtogan.

- Mechtogan Destroyers have been shown to use ability cards, something that Mechtogan or Mechtogan Titans did not have.
