Colossus is a quadrupedal reptile-like Bakugan in Bakugan: Evolutions. It is the Guardian Bakugan of Coach Short.

Colossus first appeared in the episode Roommates where he was used to stop the battle between Drago and Trox. He then reappears in the episode Lia and Athena where he was in Strength Mode and battled Sectanoid who was in Strength Mode. He then reappears in the episode The Battle With Wrath where he battled Wrath alongside Drago, Trox, Pegatrix, Howlkor, Blitz Fox, Crackanoid, Jettra, Skullor, and Nillious. It and Trox land a Crystal Beam and Sonic Uproar but instantly gets taken out alongside Trox with a single Shard Shatter. It reappeared in the episode Rebuilding the Academy where it was rolled out and was going to fight Drago, Trox, and Pharol but when Dan but when Dan tried to call an attack Coach Short yelled at him for trying to use a move without permission and the battle doesn't happen. He then reappeared in the episode The Great Prank War where he was rolled out and then blindfolded. Coach Short then had Colossus attempt to destroy a wrecking ball but when it did sneezing gas came out making everyone sneeze. Colossus the reappears in the episode Team Short VS. Team Cubbo where he alongside Crackanoid, Griswing, Jettra, and Skullor battle Blitz Fox, Drago, Trox, Pegatrix, and Howlkor in a capture the flag game. Crackanoid uses Leg Lance Attack which hits Pegatrix and Jettra uses Current Volt which hits Howlkor. Skullor attempts to hit Trox with Golden Lasso but Trox dodges by jumping backward. Then Skullor summons Aura and Aura uses Aura Swarm to distract Trox and the hit him taking Trox out. Drago attempts to hit Griswing but Griswing is able to dodge. Crackanoid uses another Leg Lance Attack which Pegatrix dodges but Jettra uses Current Volt which hits Pegatrix and takes it out. Then Dan and Athena start insulting Coach Short which annoys him. Coach Short then tells the teachers not to intervene and evolves Colossuss into Speed Mode. Colossus uses Light Siege to blind both Drago and Blitz Fox and then charges at Blitz Fox hitting her. Drago uses Twisting Inferno and Colossus uses Crystal Beam and the moves collide causing in an explosion. Colossus then uses another Crystal Beam and hits Drago and then charges at Drago hitting him and taking him out. But then Coach Short learns that Colossus battling Drago and Blitz Fox was just a distraction so Howlkor to get the Flag which results in them winning the contest much to the dismay of Coach Short. Colossus then reappears in the episode Showdown with Short's Bakugan Academy where he battles Hydorous and Blitz Fox. Colossus starts the battle of by summoning Siphon and Blitz Fox evolves into Strength Mode. Blitz Fox uses Lava Bombs but Siphon uses Siphon Flare which collides wit Lava Bombs causing an explosion. Hydorous then evolves into Strength Mode but Colossus also evolves into Strength Mode. Hydorous slashes at Colossus with the attack doing no damage. Hydorous tries again but gets knocked back and land on Blitz Fox. Even so Blitz Fox is able to summon Scorcher and is able to get her Nano-Gear. But Colossus is able to get his Nano-Gear as well. Colossus then uses his Nano-Gear Siphon Eater and Blitz Fox uses her Nano-Gear Magma Scorcher but Siphon Eater overpowers Magma Scorcher and hits Blitz Fox and she loses her Nano-Gear and Nanogan. Then Colossus's Nano-Gear turns back into Siphon. Hydorous than summons his Nanogan Riptide and the is able to get his Nano-Gear. Colossus is about to attack Hydorous when Blitz Fox uses Fire Spiral to hit Colossus and stop Colossus from attacking. Then Hydorous uses Riptide River which is able to take out both Siphon and Colossus giving Hydorous and Blitz Fox the win. Colossus then reappears in the episode Battle for the Academy where he battles Blitz Fox and Drago alongside Skullor. Colossus instantly evolves into Strength Mode and uses Light Crane to hit Blitz Fox. Skullor then punches Drago sending Drago back. Drago uses Twisting Inferno but Skullor uses Golden Guard to block the attack. Skullor then uses Golden Lasso which hits Drago. Blitz Fox uses Fire Spiral but Colossus charges through the attack taking no damage and then charges at Blitz Fox hitting her and sends her flying. Colossus then uses Crystal Beam and hits Blitz Fox. Skullor attempts to punch Drago but Drago catches the punch and pushes Skullor back. Drago then uses Backdraft which Skullor flies up and dodge but the attack hits Colossus. Then both Drago and Blitz Fox evolve into Strength Mode. Blitz Fox uses Lava Bombs but Skullor uses Golden Guard to protect both him and Colossus. Then Drago uses Pyro Punch and hits Skullor from behind breaking the shield and Skullor is sent flying and bumps into Colossus. Then Blitz Fox uses Inferno Rift to hit both Skullor and Colossus. Then both Skullor and Colossus summon their Nanogan Aura and Siphon. Then Blitz Fox summons her Nanogan Scorcher. Blitz Fox attempts to get her Nano-Gear but Aura quickly charges at Scorcher hitting him and then uses Aura Swarm to take out Scorcher preventing Blitz Fox from using her Nano-Gear. Colossus then summons his Nano-Gear and uses his Nano-Gear Siphon Eater which is about to hit Drago but Blitz Fox protects Drago at the last minute taking the hit which cause a huge explosion and smoke to surround Drago. Skullor attempts to attack but Fury comes out of the smoke and uses Fury Rage hitting Skullor. Drago is then able to summon his Nano-Gear and then uses his Nano-Gear Blade of Fury to take down both Skullor and Colossus making Drago and Blitz Fox the winners. Colossus then reappears in the episode The Elemental Inductor where he alongside Toronoid, Crackanoid, Griswing, Jettra, and Skullor but unfortunately Toronoid, Crackanoid, and Jettra get affected by the Elemental Inductor and go on a rampage. Then Toronoid easily pushes Colossus. Then Drago, Howlkor, and Hydorous come and help Colossus and Griswing fight off Toronoid, Crackanoid, and Jettra. Crackanoid uses Surge Strike which hits Drago, Howlkor, and Hydorous sending them all back. Colossus uses Crystal Beam which hits Crackanoid. Then Colossus summons Siphon while Griswing summons Clutch. Siphon uses Spihon Drain and wraps around Crackanoid causing damage. Clutch then uses Clutch Crunch to hit Jettra. Crackanoid is able to get Siphon off it and then Warrior Whale and Sectanoid who are both in Strength Mode enter the battle and both have their Nano-Gear. They attempt to take down Toronoid with Sectanoid being able to land its Nano-Gear Sludgem Disc but it isn't enough to take it down and it uses Bellow Burst to take out both Warrior and Sectanoid. Griswing then evolves into Strength Mode and Colossuss also evolves into Strength Mode. They both get their Nano-Gear and Griswing uses its Nano-Gear Electro Clutch and Colossus uses its Nano-Gear Siphon Eater and the attack hits Jettra but Jettra takes both of them out with Laser Gaze.

- Crystal Beam: Colossus shoots a light blue beam from its mouth at the opponent
- (Speed) Light Siege: While in Speed Mode, Colossus's eyes glow pink and a bunch of blue light spheres circle around him and enter into him and releases blue orbs and runs at the opponent with the orbs folowing leaving a trail behind it and Colossus passes by the opponents and the blue orbs glow up blinding the opponents
- (Nano-Gear) Siphon Eater: Colossus's Nano-Gear starts to charge up and form a little blue orb inside and the orb starts to grow bigger and the Colossus's eyes glow pink and releases the energy inside the Nano-Gear as a big blast hitting the opponent
- (Strength) Light Crane: While in Strength Mode, Colossus's eye glow pink and lift its front legs off the ground and the slams it on the ground making causing cracks in the ground and blue energy seeps out of it and are directed into Colossus's horns and then it turns into a blast hitting the opponent
