The Attribute Energies being transferred to their new owners
The Attribute Energies (属性エナジー, Zokusei enajī?) were first mentioned in Six Degrees of Destruction, and in Bakugan Battle Brawlers before Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia.
Zenoheld needed the energies from the Legendary Soldiers to power the Bakugan Termination System that Professor Clay designed to destroy all Bakugan, mostly because of Zenoheld's hatred toward the Bakugan, due to their overthrow of Vestal occupation via the Bakugan Battle Brawlers Resistance and their allies. Zenoheld used his Mechanical Bakugan Farbros, functioning at 90% only, and defeated all six warriors; however, they teleported away before he could obtain their powers. Drago, Ingram, Elfin, and Thunder Wilda started to glow with energy, this probably happened with Percival and Mega Nemus also. Then Dan, Shun Kazami, Marucho Marukura, and Mira Fermin fell down (Once again, this happened with Ace Grit and Baron Leltoy too). Then all members of the Resistance, and their Bakugan in Bakugan form appeared in a black, desolate place with thin fog (possibly the Doom Dimension). Then the soldiers appeared and gave the other Bakugan their Attribute Energies. (It is unknown why the Ancients trusted Ace, Baron, and Mira, and not Runo Misaki, Julie Makimoto and Alice Gehabich, as, with the exception of Apollonir meeting Mira and Baron, they had never met the Vestals. Whilst with the latter three had made pass tests to prove themselves worthy of becoming the New Attribute Soldiers. Perhaps from what Apollonir gathered on Mira and Baron, he presumed that they along with Ace were trustworthy as did the other warriors).
These energies gave origin to Cross Dragonoid, Magma Wilda, Saint Nemus, Knight Percival, Minx Elfin, and Master Ingram. However, they lost their powers when they fought the Vexos in the Vexos Motherpalace and were transferred into the BT System. In Exodus, Cross Dragonoid absorbed all the Attribute Energies out of the BT System, fused them with his Perfect Core Energy into his body, evolved into Helix Dragonoid and destroyed the system and Zenoheld's plans.

Trivia[]
- The Attribute Energies appear to be the Legendary Soldiers' own life source. Shortly after giving them away, they all vanished and were never seen again afterwards. Drago confirmed in Exodus that the Soldiers did indeed perish.
- It is possible that that the Soldiers would have survived giving the Energies away, but they were already weakened and injured by their fight against Zenoheld.
- It is possible that these energies are the reason the Soldiers are declared Legendary and why they had the supernatural abilities they possessed besides their Bakugan ones.
- It is unclear how the Soldiers gained this kind of energy and powers, tough it is possible they absorbed some energy from the Perfect Core before it was split into the Silent and Infinity Cores; this would explain why they became connected to the reformed Perfect Core after Drago sacrificed his body to materialize/become the new Core.
- Whatever the origins of these energies, it is unknown how Professor Clay found out about them; it is possible that he found out from the Bakugan enslaved on New Vestroia; in Invasion of the Vestals, Spectra was shown to be aware of the Perfect Core despite not being confirmed to have ever seen it and in Return of a Friend he and Viper Helios were also aware that Drago was once the Perfect Dragonoid and then the Perfect Core.
- Shun was the only Brawler to successfully defend his Attribute Energy multiple times against the Vexos such as in his battle with Lync Volan and his and Baron's tag battle with Volt Luster, though he needed help from Baron Leltoy in the latter.
- While Dan did defeat Spectra twice while Drago possessed the Pyrus energy, Spectra was no longer a member of the Vexos in both instances and didn't seek the Pyrus Energy. However, in their second battle, Dan defended Drago's Perfect Core energy from getting into Spectra's hands.
- Marucho was the only Brawler to use loose his Attribute Energy while ultimately winning the brawl; this is because he still had another Bakugan (Preyas) on the field after Minx Elfin was taken down.
- Uniquely, Saint Nemus was unique in that he gained the ability to change attributes after evolving. Minx Elfin could also change attributes, but she had that power even before evolving. Preyas also has this power.
- Ironically, despite being a Haos Bakugan and gaining the Haos Energy, the only attribute Saint Nemus was shown to change into was Darkus, Haos' polar opposite.
- Despite later absorbing all the Attribute Energies, Drago remained a Pyrus Bakugan capable of using only Pyrus abilities. It is possible he didn't gain abitilties of (or the power to change into other) attributes because the Attribute Energies mingled with the Perfect Core spark (which already consisted of the fused six attributes) within Drago, cancelling their effects on Drago.
- When Drago evolved with the Pyrus Energy, his Perfect Core abilities upgraded too. This is because these abilities were not accessed using the Perfect Core'sfull power, but only spark retained by Drago after he successfully separated from the Core completely. Along with Drago's normal Pyrus abilities, the Perefct Core spark was also empowered.
- After Drago absorbed all the Attribute Energies and evolved into Helix Dragonoid, he remained a Pyrys Bakugan with only the power to use the Pyrus abilities. This is presumably because Drago reached a stage of evolution that made the Perfect Core abilities obsolete or he reached a stage that caused him to not need them anymore as trump cards to use when pushed against the wall.
- However, the way he gained the Spire Dragon as Blitz Dragonoid is similar to how he gained the Perfect Core abilities a Neo Dragomoid; when first activated, Spire Dragon first came out of his Perfect Core Diamond, almost like Neo Dragonoid's Strike Dragon; this could because Drago's new powers needed to fully synchronize with the Perfect Core spark.
- Whenever Fusion Dragonoid, Drago's final evolution, uses Dragon Eternal Force, his Perfect Core diamond glows, indicating this may be a Perfect Core ability.

- In the video game Defenders of the Core, the Attribute Energies are replaced by Abyss' core that resides in the center of Earth.
